GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free delivery for UK Mainland.

DELIVERY METHOD & TIMESCALES

We aim to dispatch goods within 1 to 3 working days. If there is likely to be a long delay, we will inform you.

All shipments are assigned to a third party courier who will be in touch to schedule a delivery date for large palletised items.

Please note, delivery locations with access limitations that have not already been raised by the customer at the time of purchase may result in failure to deliver OR a re-delivery charge depending on the individual circumstance. If the product is unable to be delivered safely and as requested, the courier company have the right to return the product to Tall Trees Trading, in this instance, a refund for the product will be issued, minus the delivery charge.
